Manage your job posts in Recruiter

The Jobs tab in LinkedIn Recruiter allows you to view and manage all jobs you’ve posted within one list. You can access your jobs list by clicking on the Jobs tab within the navigation bar at the top of LinkedIn Recruiter. You can close, edit, and repost your job post.

You can edit the job fields, such as company, job title, workplace type (remote, hybrid, on-site), location, job function, employment type (full-time, part-time, contract, temporary, volunteer, internship), company industry, seniority level, skills, screening questions, and more.

To edit, close, or repost your job post using action buttons:

  1. Move your cursor over Jobs at the top of the Recruiter homepage and click View all jobs.

  2. Click the action button to the right of the job title.

    • Close Job – Closes the job post.
    • Edit Job – Redirects to the Edit job page.
    • Repost Job – Redirects to the Edit job page.
  3. Make the necessary edits and complete the prompts.
