We are seeking Project Managers or Senior Project Managers
East Coast- VA, MD, DC area- all encouraged to apply. If you are willing to relocate to this area, relocation assistance WILL be provided.
Pay is commensurate with experience, depending on level, $90,000 to $130,000+

Job Summary
Responsible for coordination with contractor of all material submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and monthly billings. Creating and maintaining project schedules. Communicate with Shop manufacturing and installation crews to assure projects are being built and installed per specs. Position requires interacting and cultivating relationships with key personnel across a broad spectrum of the companys external stake holders like suppliers, architects, owners, and general contractors.
Key Duties
- Creating the project plan, managing the project to meet the needs of all parties, and deliver expected project financials
- Manage project scope and timing with the customer, subcontractors, vendors, and internal company support departments
- Project financials in managing all costs, including internal and external resources to meet or exceed financial targets
- Help product and review shop drawings for submittals and production
- Managing all change orders, coordinating the execution of contracts with customer and subcontractors
- Participate in Jobsite meeting with customer and subcontractors as required
- Make material and hardware submittals
- Analyze and review architectural drawings to identify long lead time items
- Actively and timely communicate with customers.
- Communicate and coordinate with production and field managers to ensure project is completed on time and to specs.
- Punch list, closeout docs, LEED, FSC
- Understanding of standard building construction methods
Requirements
- Preferred for qualified candidates to have an Associates or Bachelors Degree in a related field, but not required with experience.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the construction field is preferred, but there's availability at all levels of experience, so if you are a Project Manager in the millwork or woodwork industry, definitely don't hesitate to apply.
- Previous experience in the architectural millwork and/or woodwork industry is required.
- Ability to lead a team in a collaborative manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in problem-solving/analysis
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, organize, and implement alternate solutions to challenges.
- Strong sense of urgency
- Internet savvy with competence in Microsoft Office applications. Strong MS Excel proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
