Agreed, maybe a little longer if its real humid. I like to give it a day in the sun truthfully.

I generally put on 1 coat of 105 , and then put on a second coat when I wash it next. I will use the AW at the third wash.

I waited about 12 hrs from the first coat of 105 to the 2nd (parked in basement garage w/ dehumidifier), so I may do the AW this evening then go out for some pics then.

    thanks

Just remember: only apply 2-3 coats MAX or you will begin to get diminished returns.. This was told to me straight from the chemist.

Basically no true difference... all perceived differences will be just that.. "Perceived".

This is not me coming up with this all on my own, this is what I was told by Bill/Jerry (Tester/chemist = brothers & founders)

So is AW best applied after the last layer of 105, or 24 hours after the last layer?

24 hours later, or after the next wash.

I`m not quite sure why people seem to anxious to throw on the AW after the 105. I personally think the 105 looks pretty darn amazing by itself and don`t see any real improvement w/ the AW. I think some QDs actually give a shinier look immediately after application than AW.

In terms of rushing out to take pics right after the AW is applied, give yourself until the morning. At least on dark paint I`ve noticed that the AW makes the paint look a little darker initially and by the morning it feels much slicker and looks very shiny. Don`t get me wrong -- it`s great stuff, but don`t think of it as a Z8 topper.

Is AW an acrylic or polymer?
