Does anyone know of anywhere that sells quality 100% lamb or sheep wool wash mitts that are really thick and plush? I`ve tried numerous ones before, such as the Eurow and the most recen Sonus mitts. They`re ok, but they just seem so thin and don`t seems like they would be good at trapping any grit. If someone knows of a more plush brand let me know.

They`re expensive but the mitts from Griot`s Garage are the plushest I`ve seen.

i`ve been using these (sm arnold) for many years and they`re the only sheepskin mitts i use (i like them thumbless), and are very plush (pretty heavy when wet)...

The mediums that Excel detail sells are very nice at 3 for $15. They used to have the heavy mitts, but have not seen them in stock for a while.

I have a couple Mirage Lambs Wool Mitts from Advance Auto. They look like BigAl`s except for the tag (even has the black stitching). The nice thing is that they`re OTC, so you can pick through the less plush ones and choose the ones that are the most plush.

I have 3 from there (2 trips). And they`re thumbless too!

BigAl, where did you get the SM Arnold mitt?

I checked in Advance the other, but all they had was those green stringy microfiber mitts.
