I am working on getting the interior of my Subaru legacy detailed. Some of the door panels and trim on the door jam has spots on them. I think they are water spots. What can I use to remove them? I tried wiping it down with a wet microfiber, but it looks like I need something stronger. The door panels are plastic. I know that speaker grille is going to be a pain to clean.

Here are some photos. See all that white stuff on the panels middle "seam" and in the speaker grille?

There`s a few things you can use to clean this, one is diluted Simple Green, the other is , 1Z plastik reiniger. plastic cleaner, amongst a whole host of things (those are 2 main things I use anyway). I`ve cleaned spots like that with 1Z.

Only thing with simple green is, if you end up using, I would recommend you go over the spots you cleaned with a sponge + water just to remove left over residue. As much as I like simple green, I wouldn`t fully trust it to stay on say vinyl or something like for an extended period of time.
