A couple weeks ago, I got a ton of very small `water spots` on my front windshield and driver and passenger windows. These appeared after a light rain. I can`t remove them! I`ve tried Windex, 409, Z6, vineger, water (duh) and Eagle Window Cleaner. Nothing gets rid of them. Interestingly, they didn`t stick to the paint, probably because it`s Zaino`d...so that`s nice.

You guys any another other products you`d recommend? It`s really driving me buggy!

    Many thanks,

    John

A glass polish such as Rain-X or Z-12.

Maybe a medium polish such as 3M FI II or Meguiar`s DACP.

Wow. None of that worked, eh? Well, you could try WD40. I`ve had success with really tough stuff before using that. Be super careful with it, of course. Don`t go nuts and let it get all over your paint. Its just a pain to clean up.

Can you feel the dots with your fingers? Could it be overspray or something? You could try claying it too. That could help.

Z-12 worked really well for me. It got out stuff that nothing else would.

Stoners invisible glass cleaner works the best for me, however WD-40 has worked in the past.

Rain-x really never seemed to take water spots of well, just glazed them over and sealed them in the windshield of sorts? Doesn`t the bottle say to have a clean windshield before using the product? That alone would lead me to belive that it is not capable of removing spots
