Got my Craftsman Club sales flyer the other day and noticed a Craftsman Hose Nozzle #69040 reg. price 19.99 club price starting 5/8 $14.84. This thing is very much like the Groit`s one. Couldn`t wait went to Sears today, they had 2 in stock and purchased one (will go back during sale and they will adjust it for me then). It works fantastic, I was grinning from ear to ear with how well it works. It has a machined aluminum body, stainless steel spray cap, santoprene rubber covering and is quality throughout with a lifetime warranty. You can check it out at Sear.com, click on Craftsman and enter model number in the search.

Yep, I have a similar one from Costco that ran me $20. I`ve seen it in catalogs for $40 and Griots has it for over $70 IIRC. It`s a helluva nozzle and I use it more for watering the plants than I do washing the car, its so versatile. A great tool!

I have the Bonaire one. I`ve tried a couple of different shut off valves but both restrict water flow too much. Can anyone suggest a good valve?

I think the ACE Hardware branded ones I looked at seemed to have a larger bore than some I`ve seen. I hope that just wasn`t my imagination.

Aurora40 also posted something a few weeks ago about some large diameter shut off valve at Sears, but haven`t seen this myself.

I went to three Sears stores looking for the Craftsman Nozzle and they were all sold-out. At least I got a rain-check on it.

I got one of the Craftsman yesterday--on sale for $16.99. Have used it yet, but it looks sweet. The salesperson said they have been flying off the shelf and that if anything is wrong with it--bring it in and they give you a new one!!!

    God bless Craftsman!

I got one of these nozzles a couple of weeks ago. It`s not a Craftsman. It`s a bit big, but has pressure adjustment, stream-to-spray adjust, and a shut off. $20 at Home Depot:

This is a link to it on Home Depot`s website: Product Information Error Page

(Home Depot`s actual link was ridiculously long)

I got the one from autopia that looks just like that one. I ran over it the other day and it still works perfectly.

Can anyone take a pic of the pattern those give you? What kinda water pressure does it take to be useful?
