i have used a screen on the intake of my toro super blower\vac. I like that once i use the blower i never get any drips or runs from the mirrors, trunk door, lights or trim.

I use the blower ( aka the poor man`s air compressor ) to remove water from mirror housings, behind moudlings, the fuel filler door etc. It`s also a great way to dry engine compartments.

Lucky for me that I kept the RedMax 7000 blower from my landscape days. Sure, it`s over 20 pounds, but it will blow rocks off the driveway at 20 feet. Only downside is smelling like 2 stoke mix afterwards, but if you`re in a hurry, it will dry a car in no time!
