Layering P21S

If I use P21S weekly on my car will this have the same effect as layering after the common 24hr period?

Yeah, thats how I layer. Every week when I wash, I wax mine with another coat of Optimum (cause im lazy, itd probably come out better with a paste, but oh well). Theres a definite difference after a few weeks of this.
