The Rockhouse Foundation Hosts Annual Benefit at Joe’s Pub at The Public in New York
The Rockhouse Foundation is a New York based, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 2003. This foundation funds projects to build and restore schools in Jamaica. Some of the school projects they have worked onto date include, Negril All Age School, Negril Basic School, Little Bay All Age School, Moreland Hill Primary and the Bunch of Stars E.C.I. The foundation also completely renovated the Negril Community Library so that the children in this community, could explore the magical world of books. In 2015, the foundation is committed to installing its first school for the early childhood education of children with special needs. In order to meet this goal, the foundation is hosting its Annual Benefit on October 21, 2015, at Joe’s Pub at The Public Theater, 425 Lafayette Street, New York City. Admission is $250 per person, with Cocktails at 6P followed by Dinner at 7P. The dinner for the night will be prepared by Chef Andrew of Carmellini’s Kitchen and Chef Adam Schoop of Miss Lily’s Restaurant. Grammy-nominated artist, Luciano will perform live.
