MONTI DINING RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
WET WEATHER
Alfresco reservations are highly subjected to unpredictable weather conditions. And we apologize in advance, should we not be able to accommodate you indoors due to our high covers and limited seats, your reservation will be cancelled without prior notice.
RESERVATION REQUIREMENT
For all reservations, we will require minimally a mobile number, email, and credit to be on file for the reservation to be confirmed. Due to the limited seating in MONTI, kindly note that reservations without being secured with a credit card, seating will not be guaranteed upon arrival.
CATEGORY SEATING
Lunch / Weekend Brunch
During our regular Lunch (Dress-code Applies), Weekend Brunch service, seatings are allocated only upon arrival.
Dinner (Dress Code Applies)
The minimum commitment tags for ALL TABLE reservations are as follows:
Premium Frontier Tables (1st row indoor lower deck, close to water) @ $168++/Guest
Premium Tables (2nd Row indoor lower deck unblock view) @ $138++/Guest
Mezzanine Tables (3rd row unblock indoor higher deck) @ $108++/Guest
Lounge Tables(Last indoor higher deck) @ $88++/guest
Alfresco (Lower Deck Outdoor Balcony by the Water) @ $80++/Guest
Rooftop (Outdoor Roof Deck) @ $100++/Guest
Both Alfresco and Rooftop reservations will be subjected to our Wet Weather & Dress code Policy.
FESTIVE & SPECIAL OCCASION MENU
For all Festive & Special Occasions, Course Menus will require a full prepayment for the reservation to be secured and there will be a required top-up to secure a preferred seating on top of the menu price. We apologize in advance that we will not be able to facilitate any form of Cancellation / Refund request, due to the limited seating MONTI has and our reservation lead time is 30 days ahead from the actual reservation day. Should there be a situation in which you require to do so, the management will be glad to the pre-paid amount as a credit that has a validity period of 90 days from the actual reservation date.
CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW POLICY
To ensure that we treat all guest equally MONTI observe strict cancellation and no-show policies for every reservation, we ask that all cancellations be made within 24-48hrs (which waivers can be reviewed by the management team with proof of supporting documents) from the actual date and time of the reservation.
And no-shows after the 15 min grace period of the reservation or same-day cancellations, a penalty fee based on the respective seating will be imposed per guest which will be applied to the credit card on file without prior notice.
FORCE MAJEURE
Should there be an unfortunate event that resulted in you not being able to make it for the intended reservation? A 90-day credit note will be issued for you to postpone your experience with us, and this is to prevent any form of cancellation fee that may be imposed on your card by your issuing bank.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Our team gives high regard to guests with dietary requirements (vegetarian/vegan) however, please note that certain menu items are not interchangeable, and we will try our best possible to suit your needs.
DRESS-CODE:
To prevent any form of subjective misunderstanding and to ensure the conduciveness of every guest’s dining experience, a strict smart casual dress code while dining at MONTI needs to adhere to,
For Gentlemen: Smart casual, trousers/jeans & covered shoes are preferred.
For Ladies: Elegant casual, skirts are advised not to be too short or exposed.
**Singlets, shorts, and flip-flops are not allowed for both.
CREDIT CARD
Kindly note that tables that have been secured with a credit card will have a holding amount that will not be charged. Your credit card will only be charged in situations of cancellation between 24-48 hours (which waivers can be reviewed by the management team with proof of supporting documents). All holding amounts will be held for 7 days from the intended date of reservations made and will automatically be released thereafter.
Guests are highly advised not to use a debit card to secure their reservations as the amount will be deducted automatically and will require 7-21 bank days to be reimbursed, depending on their card-issuing financial institution.
MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
The management reserves the right to turn away guests who are not appropriately dressed. We seek your generous understanding, and we look forward to your confirmation and hosting you at MONTI.
MONTI ROOFTOP BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

MONTI's rooftop parties are highly subjected to unpredictable weather conditions. We sincerely apologize in advance, should we not be able to accommodate you indoors due to our high covers and limited seats.
TICKETING & OFFERINGS
All tickets & party offerings purchased for MONTI's rooftop parties are subject to service charges and prevailing government taxes.
All tickets & party offerings are non-refundable or transferable.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MENU SELECTION
MONTI's rooftop serves a dedicated menu catered for fun outdoor social gatherings and it differs from our indoor main dining menus, We apologize in advance that we will not be able to accommodate any special requests to cross-sell menus, all indoor dining menus are not available at our rooftop.
GUEST EXPERIENCE
To ensure that all our guests' dining and party experiences are fully taken care of, all rooftop guests are restricted from entering MONTI's Main Dining Area indoors.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
All guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables. MONTI will not be responsible in the event of any personal losses from a party/event.
CANCELLATION
In the event of wet weather, we apologize that the management will not be able to facilitate a refund as all guests were notified of the relevant T&Cs pertaining to the rooftop's weather predicaments, with prior guest consent to the forfeiture of any ticket purchase. MONTI will honour the purchase of offerings (i.e. free-flow alcohol packages) during other valid dining periods.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be facilitated if, it is cancelled 12 hours prior to the party/event’s date and time.
