- [Instructor] If you're new to Windows 11, the interface might look unfamiliar to you. The Start icon is no longer in the bottom left corner. Instead, you might see an icon that enables a pop-out to appear with apps on it. The Start button is still there though. It's just indented on the taskbar, and it has four light blue squares on it. You can click it to open. You'll also see the familiar icons you're used to in the notification area. Not much changes here, and, of course, there's still the taskbar. Let's left click the Start Menu and look around. We have several areas here. We have items that are pinned. We have items that are recommended, and we have a list of all apps. You can right-click anything that's pinned to move it. I'll right-click OneNote and choose unpin from Start and I'll right-click Xbox and I'll choose unpin from Start.
