Paper

Paper

So in terms of paper, you just need some computer paper for doing some of the line drawing work and also for padding under your paper. And then some paper that's got a bit more quality to it, a bit more what's called GSN, which is the weight of the paper. So some cartridge paper that's got a little bit of texture into it. Work between the two. The line drawings work really nicely on computer paper, just to get you practiced. And then for the more detailed drawings we work on the cartridge paper which holds the actual graphite better. For most of my drawings that I do, that I work up to a final piece, I always use a cartridge paper or paper that's got a bit of texture into it.
