I love that quote because it really underscores what you've just been learning about trust in relationship to psychological safety. Another statistic that I find very interesting regarding the corporate world is that nearly 50% of CEOs believe that the lack of trust hampers or in some way harms their business. So this really is very crucial to understand how we need to enhance this culture of comfort, whether it's on an individual basis or a culture of fostering comfort in the workplace, it really begins to advance the notion of psychological safety, which begins to enhance trust.
