- [Instructor] We sure did put a lot of duct in there. But you know, one thing that scares me is when we run a clash detection, we might not really be clashing on the real stuff that's in there. Be careful. So to get started, let's jump into Revit, under Models let's go Open. Let's go to Mechanical Project_Insulation. Click Open. In the project browser under Mechanical, let's go to Floor Plan, Level 1 under HVAC. Zoom in on this area here. Seems a little congested, but that's all right. What I want to do is select this piece of duct. I'm going to hit my Tab key once, and I'm going to select it. I'm going to click Add Insulation. For the insulation type I'm going to just go with Duct wrap. For my thickness it's going to be one inch, but notice the Duct wrap, if I click Edit Type, what happens is this will bring up our Duct wrap type.
