Creating a brace frame sheet
- This is actually my favorite part, the sheets. This video will have us creating an isometric view, a bunch of callouts, then we're going to put these callouts and everything else on a well-represented sheet. To get started let's jump into our structural model, let's go to our Typical Brace Frame Elevation. Now what I'd like to do is create a callout of this area here. Let's go to our View tab, let's click the Callout button, then I'm going to pick a window right around here. Let's double-click on our callout, let's change the scale to 1:50. In our properties let's scroll down 'til we get to our name and let's call our View Name Callout of Brace Frame, let's click Apply. Now I want to create a callout here, here and here. Create a callout here, swing this around. I'm going to create a callout here, I'll swing this up just a little bit, and I'm going to create one more here. I'm going to swing this up and over.
