I actually never took enema before getting fucked, I usually know and feel if I'm gonna be clean inside. Plus, real alpha men don't really care about that kind of thing ^^

I believe you shouldnt douche all the time, however, its ok once in a while. You need to be clean when you get fucked. Warm water is fine and then clean up with soap. That works fine too!

I wouldn't use it weekly, but once in a while should be fine.
